If you are living in London then public transport is probably better than car. The tubes and the buses run till late and there are many night buses that run over night. But the post will not be talking about that. What I will be talking about is what you need to know when you are buying a used car.
In the past many have suffered by looking at the price before buying the car. Some people bought cars because they were cheap and some bought it because it looked nice from outside. That is what you need to avoid when purchasing used cars but I know the price is important. You should always look at what your options can be before buying a car. Always do a lot of research and always look around you never know there might be a better car at the same price round the corner. These days you will be able to read car reviews on the Internet which will definitely help you with information about the car you are interested in buying.
Looks of the car is not as important as the inside of the car. Just think about it, how long will the car last if the engine of the car is not as powerful as the outside of the car? One of my friends has suffered from buying a car that looks good other than looking at the engine of the car. Unfortunately it did not last long because it had to replace the engine just after 2 days which cost him another £800. Yes a lot of people have a certain budget to buy a car but you will be able to find a better in any sort of money just make sure you do your research and read reviews.
I got used Audi R8 few months ago which hasn’t caused be any problem because I did my research thoroughly before buying it.

Cars manufactured in Germany are meant to be one of the most reliable and powerful cars in the World. The new cars manufactured in Germany are talked about all around the World than any other cars. The brand of BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Porsche and Audi are all well known Worldwide. Reliability, comfort, power and performance this is what German’s look at when building each of their cars. That is the reason why people love German cars.
These cars are certainly expensive than others but because of their performance and reliability people buy them. I also think brand names plays a massive role on people buying these cars. People have argued the fact that German cars are not what they used to be ten to fifteen years ago. They are backing Japanese cars more than German cars but to be honest we don’t really know the facts.
But if you look at the new cars German manufacturers have produced such as Audi R8, Audi Q5, Porsche Carrera, BMW M3, BMW 7 series, Mercedes SLK and others, who wouldn’t want to drive these cars. These cars are powerful, reliable, speedy and they also look good. These days car manufacturers are also considering the look and feel of the cars along with other specifications as they have realised that people buy things that look good.
45 out of 50 people will tell you that German cars are still reliable – my figures are terrible aren’t they?. They have increased their names in the market massively in last 30 to 40 years. Just alone in the UK you will see more German cars driven on the road than any other. Correct me if I am wrong but I don’t see more English cars, French cars, Italian cars or Japanese cars than German cars on the road when I am driving and I have been driving for 25 years. This is just my opinion though I don’t drive a German car.
