This is kind of misleading…I agree it’s important to include strength training in a workout while dieting, but she says it’s because you build muscle which speeds up metabolism. However, you CAN’T build muscle with a calorie deficit, only with a surplus.

Will this meal plan help me tone up and lose weight?
Breakfast- 1/3 cup of oats, 3 egg whites.
Morning Tea- Banana, nuts/seeds
Lunch- 150g salmon with salad
Afternoon Tea- Apple, nuts/seeds
Dinner- 150g fish, 1/2 cup brown rice, vegies.
Any alterations would be appreciated- I’m after a low carb, high protein diet. Thanks heaps
