We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the show and also everyone who watched it. While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist.”
UK fans don’t need to wonder what’s on the agenda now, as the band (Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie) have recently announced a Spring European Tour. The tour will take the Conchords to Amsterdam, Dublin, Stockholm, and also includes stops in Birmingham and Manchester.

HBO invited the band to film a half-hour performance for the standup comedy show One Night Stand after a well-received gig at the Aspen Comedy Festival in 2005. This coup was parlayed into the popular television series, which lasted two seasons and exposed Jemaine and Bret to a whole new audience.
Flight Of The Conchords latest album, “I Told You I Was Freaky” was released late last year, making it to number 19 on the US Billboard chart and 47 on the UK Albums chart. Perhaps not surprisingly, the album went top 10 in their native New Zealand.
